The Australian Academy of Science (the Academy) is a non-profit organisation that champions Australian scientific excellence, promotes and disseminates scientific knowledge, and provides independent scientific advice for the benefit of Australia and the world. In furthering its aims in promoting equity in diversity and inclusion in science the Academy created STEM Women to provide a portal to discover, contact and support women working in science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) in Asia and Oceania.
